Shipping Policy

LOCAL PICKUP

• In-store pickup is available Monday-Friday 8-2 p.m . A WhatsApp / Email will be sent out when your order is ready for collection.

ONLINE DELIVERY

• R175.00 flat rate will be charged for all orders placed online.
• All orders in the delivery zone will be delivered the next day.
• We will work with the user on WhatsApp/ Email to get all the delivery information that we need to complete the shipment / the online store will ask for the delivery address needed to complete the shipment.
• Orders placed outside delivery zone will be shipped only on certain days and might take between 3-4 days to deliver.
• Cold chain products will be delivered with Overnight services or Express delivery and the courier company will be advised to make sure the vaccinations arrive cold to the client.
• All other products that are ordered will be booked as Economy service.
• Orders are packed and booked within 1-2 days depending on the number of deliveries.
